Are there any extra training costs?
No, our job coaching and First Aid/CPR certification are all included in the service. We receive government funding and grants to support you with inclusive hiring. Inclusion often leads to better staff performance and a stronger workplace culture.
What is CARF and why does it matter?
We’re proud to be accredited by CARF Canada, part of an international organization that evaluates the quality of community living services. To maintain this accreditation, we undergo regular reviews by external surveyors and must meet over 900 rigorous standards. Our ongoing quality improvement process helps us monitor our performance and ensures that we deliver consistent, high-quality services.
Where do your candidates live and work?
Our candidates come from Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and the Fraser Valley. Many are willing to travel. If we don’t have someone in your area, we’ll connect you with other trusted agencies who might.
How long does support last?
We can continue offering support to you and your employee after the hire. That includes help with training or job changes. People remain connected with us indefinitely.
What if the job doesn’t work out?
Sometimes jobs end—and that’s okay. We support both the employer and employee throughout, including during job changes or transitions. We’ll help everyone move forward in a positive way.
Can we still interview the candidate?
Yes. Interviews are an important part of hiring. We can also help adjust the interview process so it works better for the candidate and gives you a clear picture of their strengths.
Do you help with training like First Aid or Food Safe?
Yes! We support job seekers to complete certifications like First Aid, Food Safe, and WHMIS—either online or in person.
Is there extra paperwork?
No. Hiring someone through us uses the same process as any employee.
